Hello! Is it possible to tell a genus for this 5 mm Anthomyiid (at least I guess it is one...) from a tree trunk yesterday (northwest Germany)? 1024x768 picture: http://insektenfo...ntid=60740 Juergen Peters attached the following image: ![]() [68.98Kb] Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |

I am not too sure it is an anthomyiid, no setae very clear. Perhaps a muscid, how many postsutural dorsocentral bristles? |
