This small (2.5 mm) fly was in my garden in Heron , Belgium, on February 28 2009 The closest I found in the gallery was Steganina (drosophilidae), but not it's not the one featured there. Any hunch ? I would say Camarota curvipennis (Chloropidae) given the large ocelar triangle and thick arista. (And small size).
