I believe the 'immaculata' reflects on the unspotted thorax...

LoL, that makes sense if in virtually all other taxa with wings it does refere to clear wings. Ah, well, never mind.

Is it the same one? May 29, 2007, size 4 mm.
Actually I started with browsing wing patterns in Seguy and just couldn't decide whether it's T. immaculata or Vidalia spinifrons.

Indeed, it's a T. immaculata.
Vidalia (or Stemonocera, if you like) is less brightly coloured.
