Little Black and White fly with cloudy wings

Found this little one hunting around in long grass today, (the fly was hunting that is). About 5mm long with cloudy wings without much visible veining. All help appreciated.

This is a Tachinid most likely in the subfamily Exoristinae, maybe someone can suggest a genus, but with Australian flies it is always difficult.
