 Not sure what this one is.
Wing venation seems similar to Chironomidae.
Page 269 in Borror et al, 1970.

 Female Chironomidae is correct. Very unique. I wonder if this could be the female of Demeijerea rufipes. Tony may come up with a suggestion.
