again a fly from March 4th 2009. Is Phoridae right? Closer ID possible? Hagen, NRW, Germany, alder marshland, 175msm,

No phorid. Looks like an calyptrate (Anthomyiidae?).

Hi!

What I think could be the same fly appeared here today in Ostwestfalen/Germany, too. It was last year (nearly the same time in early spring) identified in this forum as Lonchaeidae, possibly Dasiops sp.:
