Is this a female Platypezid fly or something completely different? I have only this view.

Thx, I was hesitataing between Rhagionidae and Platypezidae, the image is named as Rhagionidae. But this really looks peculiar. Finally I have an odd genus in Rhagionidae. Ptiolina's, as a rule, are poorly known and I would be very suprised if obscura would be the only Hungarian species...

Just the appropriate volume of Fauna Hungariae written by Majer. This usually include species from adjacent region, not only Hungary. But that volume was published back in the 60-70s so it is not up-to-date.
