I could not get to close to this one. Is genus possible, at least?
Shot in arid sunny rocky slope in the south of Morocco. Sidi Ifni. 04/February/2009. Aprox. 10 mm.

Linnaemyia spec, probably male soror.
(althought that combination is literally not possible)
