 Hello,

This (I think) Heleomyzidae sp. I found 2 days ago on fraxinus excelsior in my garden (Netherlands, western parts, near town of Alkmaar). Weather: cloudy with some rain, temp aorund 3 C. Is it a Heleomyzidae sp.? And if so, is it perhaps Tephrochlamys of maybe Scoliocentra?
