Hi,
This tiny yellow one I met in our garden in last June. Would you agree that it is Chyromya? I already had another (a dead one) that had an equally fat abdomen (which is no good criterion, of course, but I find the shape characteristic somehow). And the face is so cute!

Physogastry (excessive swelling of the abdomen) is a common feature of female chyromyiids, but I find that the brilliant eye colours are a really good character.

Sure - brilliant eyes make even fat women look pretty! So Chyromya is happily identified; thanks to Tony.
