tiny dark one (no Chloropid)

Hi,
Here is another one from my garden in last June. It is a tiny black one with yellow legs, and it is no Chloropid. I am sorry I have no better pics. Is ID possible?

There is much resemblance to some internet photos indeed, though my pics do not show clearly that the front leg pair is darker than the other legs. However, the antennae and particularly the aristae seem to be very typical. So I am glad to know a new species - many thanks!
