Anepisternum seems to be bare, and C extends well beyond the apex of R5, so maybe Anatella sp.? |

So is it possible to tell if it's Anatella or Phronia? |

There are at least two distinct pits on the posterodorsal part of the anepisternum where the strong setae have been. Phronia it is.
