Hi, this female was found in NE Hungary, on Sambucus ebulus. Oxyna flavipennis? 28th, June.

Yes, it is. Oxyna flavipennis Lw. Both additional presutural setae and 2 pairs of scutellar setae allow to recognize it easily.
