At least that's what it think it is. Can any ID be made?

Size: ~3-4mm
Date: 21 September 2008
Location: On a leaf of (I think) Arctium tomentosum near a forest path (Helsingborg, Sweden)

Looks more like Agromyzidae to me, but I'm not sure!
