Here you can find a thomisid spider - Thomistus onustus - to predate a dipter of Familia Syrphidae... I think.. do you agree? And you can tell anything about specie of this dipter? Thank you!

I get the feeling it might be Muscidae. I do not know of Syrphidae with that combination of abdominal and thoracic pattern, but then again I know little of Mediterranean Syrphidae, too.

The wing venation doesn't seem to be that of a Syrphid.
