You'd better change name to attract Jan Willem to "Opomyzidae"

Sorry, but i have only this photo... Size is about 2.5-3.0 mm. Location and date: Moscow (N55°35.718', E37°32.913' ), 04.09.2008.

Thanks for the additional information. And I agree with the identification by Nikita. Always nice to see a specimen of Opomyza punctella. It is not a rare species, but on the other hand, there is not that much material available in collections.
