I can't see the hind tibia but it looks pretty good - either Sturmia or Blepharipa would be my guess. Smile

The bristle comb on the hind tibia didn't look complete enough to me so I kept quiet Wink

It is a female, even in Sturmia and Blepharipa the comb can be less clear than in males (though always very distinctive !)
With a Sturmia calyptra, black palpus, dark scutellum, only 1 reclinate orbital and 4 sternopleural bristles, there is no other option.
