Quite distinct, but does not ring a bell. Possibly a species I don't know. The wing venation is very Blondeliini, this gentle curve in vein M. The incomplete excavation in syntergite 1&2 and the long third antennal segment are consistent with Blondeliini (but does not necessarily imply it). It has 2 pairs of proclinate orbital setae and it seems to be a male, if so, that should be a big clue. Theo |
