Would it be a long-legged fly?

This one shouts Syntormon! but I dunno whether that occurs in Hong Kong or whether anything similar might occur there, too.

Syntormon occurs in China.
Not sure if it is the genus but such antenna shape is quite distinctive for dolichopodids here.
Is Syntormon under Sympycninae?
