This must be one of the Platypezidae. Compare it with this one: http://www.dipter...?photo=118. It may be the same genus or another, but the difference in posture could also be caused by a difference in sex. The hind legs are similar, and Platypezidae are known as flat-footed flies.

Most probably, some species of Lindneromyia.
