My guess is Leptopa filiformis, Scathophagidae.

Thank You Stephane ! Filiformis indeed, I was blind again Sad This is so very common here and I was thinking everything else but not Scathophagidae.

This is a very peculiar Scathophagidae indeed, one would be inclined to search it into Clusiidae for instance.
