10 august 2008, The Netherlands, Havelte. In rather dry habitat with heather and forrest. This species is more fragile and smaller than most Nephrotoma i have seen. This is not Nephrotoma. The Rs vein is too long for Nephrotoma. The wing venation and the female genitalia suggest either genus Phalacrocera or genus Cylindrotoma in the subfamily Cylindrotominae . |
