This fly I tought first for a Muscid, but it resembles to Lauxaniidae for me after a closer look... Can anyone help? N-E Hungary, on elder berry bush (Sambucus ebulus). August.

Feels more like an Agromyzid, but certainly this looks like an acalyptrate fly.
