 So, very small picture, but maybe someone can confirm the tribe, which I think should be Saphonini.

 No Muscidae or Anthomyiidae. Could be Coenosia Muscidae, but the pic is too blurry to go for sure.

 Gabor meant: no Tachinidae, yes Muscidae or Anthomyiidae.
