This onewinged tephritdae was found near the shore with temperature at +2 degrees C I think it is Tephritis bardanae but perhaps dioscurea instead.Can anyone tell fore sure? It is certainly not T. dioscurea, and the large hyalinew spot distally of r-ma crossvein is more characteristical for T. dilacerata than to T. bardanae
