2-12-2008, The Netherlands, Fochteloerveen.

It keys out to Mycetophilidae mainly on the pattern of veins, but i don't see the typical downwards bended head..

Can it still be confirmed as Mycetophilidae?

It's surely Mycetophilidae and the genus Mycomya.

According to tergal view of genitalia probably Mycomya (Mycomya) neohyalinata Väisänen, 1984.
However, without preparation there are always some doubtfulness Smile

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol

Yes, dipterologists from far abroad, please buy your copy at veldshop. Stamps will be expensive, but he, the book is unreasonably cheap Smile
