 I need help with this 4 mm long fly. What genus? Species is impossible I presume.

Photo from 31 may 2008 Bergsnäsberget 62,55N 18,14O Ångermanland, Sweden.

 Let's first get the family.
It is Anthomyiidae (or Muscidae), not Tachinidae
