Is it Helina impuncta ...
I can't see the 2-3 ad on hind tibia and only 2 av

Very likely a male H. impuncta, but not certified.

There is always a discussion about H. impuncta and depucta, .....is it the case whit this fly or can it also be another Helina sp....?

I wil give a dorsal vieuw, maybe it wil help.....you never know..Grin

There are other similar males of Helina with prac but they should have hairy eyes, and depuncta more plumose arista. With the limits that the photographs give, I think it's H. impuncta.
