Hello,

is genus Nephrotoma correct here? Could a good guess concerning the species be made? Perhaps N. flavescens?

I found it in July in an asparagus field near Cologne. Length was about 2-2,5cm.

Thanks,
Michael

Yes. It is a Nephrotoma species, definitely.
I dont know very much about european species.
But, for species identification, I think you need more information on detail of its genitalia.
