Hello! Found on 6th November at our house (northwest Germany), about 2.5-3 mm. Is a closer ID possible? Scatopse notata? I think it is, the wing venation is quite characteristic, but a lateral shot would be helpful.

I mostly try to get also lateral shots, but that's difficult with small animals sitting on a wall...
