Hi, I heard that Phorids are really difficult to ID, but maybe someone can give a clue. I photographed these Phorids (or are these Sphaeroceridae?) near compost in a garden, Hungary.

Definitely not phorids, although they are not uncommon near compost piles. Sphaerocerids are also usual there.
