 Phoridae on toad

Hi, I'd like to ask about this Phoridae, I found it drinking from a toad's eye in a forest, N-E Hungary. Is there anything to say about it?

From what I see, this could be a Megaselia, which species are reknowned for their strange feeding habits. A shaper image would help...
