OK, this one is from Wetland Kerkini, the mountains, 750m a.s.l., a sunny herbaceous path in a mixed deciduous forest, a malaise trap 2nd to 8th June 2008. If it is not Chyromyidae then it might be Anthomyzidae. P-bristles are converging, 3 F-bristles, the lower curving inwards the hind pair curving outwards.
