I think this fly belongs to the species Geomyza tripunctata but I read that G. nartshukae is very similar to G. tripunctata. Is it possible with these photos to tell which species is this?

A female of Geomyza tripunctata indeed. Dark specimens like this one have always proved to belong to G. tripunctata. G. nartshukae is much more reddish. The problem is that there are also very reddish specimens of G. tripunctata.
To my opinion it is save to identify your specimen as G. tripunctata (female).

Be carefull Jorge, G. tripunctata can be as reddish as G. nartshukae in southern Europe. To be certain, you should study the genitalia.
