Unfortunately I did not caught any Tricops this year, only some photo's, but whit the dark one's, I always get a little confused...Angry
Could it be that the first fly is a Tricops and the second one a Fanniidae...?
Or are they both Fanniidae..

I hope I'm not irritating Wink, but I get to know , that Hebecnema could be also a possibility whit those little brown flies.
So I did take another look at my fly, and I saw that the parafacialia seems to be loose from the head.
I have never seen a loose parafaciala......??

And when I go through the 5 species of Hebecnema, there is a mention at the H.umbratica about :
parafacialia visible in lateral view and fronto orbital plates and parafacialia silvery white shining viewed from above....?

Am I warm or very cold.....

No Joke, this is not a Hebecnema. Looks like an Azeliini member but...
