This small fly was photographed in a glass bus-shed in Louvain la neuve (Belgium) in mid-October. I think it is a heleomyzidae, but I'd apprecaite (as always) your comments. Thanks for your help Philippe Philippe moniotte attached the following image:  [104.4Kb] |

With all probability genus Eccoptomera  .I will ID to the species level a bit later ! (two preapical seta on midtibia - there is a good diagnostic character !). Andrzej |
