This small fly was photographed in a glass bus-shed in Louvain la neuve (Belgium) in mid-October. I think it is a heleomyzidae, but I'd apprecaite (as always) your comments.

With all probability genus Eccoptomera Wink.
I will ID to the species level a bit later ! (two preapical seta on midtibia - there is a good diagnostic character !).
