Can anything be said on this fly based on this sole image only? The fly seems to be rather distinctive for the knowledgable,especially the thoracic pattern.

Difficult to identify anthomyiids from thorax pattern, so many are alike. Without further views of details, I can't suggest an id I am afraid. |
