Ground bug (Lygaeidae) - UK

I'd welcome any opinions on this ground bug, photographed in a garden in London last year.

I think it must be Eremocoris, and then keys to E. podagricus on the basis of the short tibial hairs, but I have no experience of the group.

All help gratefully received
