I always see these funny, tiny (not bigger than 2 mm) scatopsids on tansy flowers, any chance for ID?

Reminds me of genera Swammerdamia, Pseudoswammerdamia and Paraswammerdamia (ermine moths) and of Nematopogon swammerdamella (a longhorn moth). I love those names...!

Swadderdamm was a dutch naturalist from XVII century, one of the first working with a microscope; he described red blood cells and made many other findings,; he was an enthusiastic entomologist and very religious; famous are his remareks on the beuty of a lause.
