I found this fly in Portugal. Is it possible to tell the species?

Could be something like Homoneura (Lauxaniidae) but I'm not at all sure. You might change the title to "Lauxaniidae?". Could you be a bit more specific about the location where you found it? Portugal is a bit vagueWink.

I found this fly in sand dunes in Apulia, north of Portugal.
