 I'm not sure that I correctly ID family.
Moscow, park, 13may, on bark of fallen birch, small 2-2,5, black.
As additional problem this flies fly out if one use flash, but how to make photo of black fly on white bark without flash?
C not broken, Sc short and do not reach C, R2+3 long, halteres - black, or short.
Leiomyza laevigata?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
