Is this fly belonging to the family Tachinidae?

I found it feeding on Tanacetum in a local Nature Reserve, Gent, Belgium, close to a small lake on the 2nd of October. I couldn't find any match in that family in the photo gallery..

It is male of Limnophora tigrina, Muscidae.
Really, this fly is rather common on flowers of Tanacetum vulgare in late autumn.
