 Hello together,

is it possible to identify this fly? The photo was taken on 12th september 08 in a wood in Germany, North-Bavaria. Size about 6 mm. Thanks in advance.

 Not Heleomyzidae. Lauxaniidae, Pseudolyciella sp if I'm not wrong.
