This Conops was some days ago in an industrial zone in Zaragoza, NE Spain, 200 meters.

Could be identified?

There is a bug in the code. If two images are included, the first is not shown. I don't know its cause so it may be dependent on the links between the tags and not happen every time. Next time you see it happen, edit your post and include the code to show the image not once but twice or post images as attachments.
