Unmistakably a species of Desmometopa, Milichiidae. In our region easily recognisable by the black M on the frons.

Hello mwkozlowski & Paul, The pale genae, pale haleter knob and yellow tarsi point to a female Desmometopa varipalpis. New for the Fauna of Poland. Could I use your photo in a publication I am writing together with Irina Brake? Kind regards, Ectemnius |
