Hello together!

Is it possible to identify this fly? Which family/genus? Size about 8 mm. The photo was taken on July 24th 08 near a forest on 400 msm. Thanks in advance.

Looks like a small male Dinera ferina (I can see DC 3+4)

There, all 3 Dinera can be found. This should be ferina, as explained.
