Hello!

Is this a Heleomyzid? Found on Sept-18 at a hedge, northwest Germany. Size about 7 mm.

We can see black spots at apex of f3 + mid-September + grey scutum and reddish scutellum -
Pherbellia cf. scutellaris

Nikitas ID is probably OK !,
I sed image zoom plug-in to see the 3 dorsocentrals postsutural Cool. No visin\blke, Only two. So not seen and not Heleomyzid !,.
