Could just see the silhouette of this fly under a Sycamore branch in my garden. One shot with flash and it disappeared. About 5-6mm in length. Any ID possible from this photo?

I have one from genus Tephrochlamys on my checklist for Shetland (which may not be complete), and that is T.rufiventris. Possible?

Hmm, maybe yes maybe not, please be patient for ID to the species level. I'll found a character at the photo as soon as possible.
