a chloropid satelite to digging wasps

for me this chloropid is a satelite fly to sphecid wasp (bembix and others) as I see it near nearly every entrance in a colony of mixed digging wasps in Warsaw PL. Any further with ID?

In the Dipterist's Handbook I did not find any association of Chloropidae with nests of sphecid wasps.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
