a chloropid satelite to digging wasps

for me this chloropid is a satelite fly to sphecid wasp (bembix and others) as I see it near nearly every entrance in a colony of mixed digging wasps in Warsaw PL. Any further with ID? thanks a lot mwkozlowski attached the following image: [28.16Kb] very general entomologist |

In the Dipterist's Handbook I did not find any association of Chloropidae with nests of sphecid wasps.
