Hmm.. In my photos, Graphomyia has very dark (almost black) femur and tibia whereas the legs of this questionable fly seem rather pale red coloured. Moreover, Graphomyia has a very conspicuous black spotted pattern on its abdomen which I can't see on this fly. I am not as experienced as you of course (or I am not experienced at all ) so I must accept your determination!!
